„Maler, Illustrator. Ausgebildet an den Kunst- Hochschulen von Kassel und Berlin. Unternahm nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg ausgedehnte Reisen durch Deutschland. Seine Werke sind häufig in „Westermanns Monatsheften“ veröffentlicht worden. In der Zeit um 1937/39 [1941] entstand sein Gemälde aus Saarbrücken, das eine Partie am Theater mit Blick auf die Saar-Brücke und das Kaiser-Wilhelm-Denkmal darstellt. |
